2 tsp organic Matcha powder
50 ml warm water (80 °C)
2 organic egg yolks
60 g Kulau pure coconut sugar
200 ml organic whipping cream
Preparation
Place two heaped teaspoons of Matcha powder in a bowl and stir well with warm water (ideally using a Matcha whisk). Add the egg yolk and coconut sugar and whisk until fluffy. Whisk the whipping cream and carefully fold under the Matcha and egg yolk mixture. Place in a flat bowl and leave in the freezer for two to three hours.
