Advantages for flower and vegetable beds

Soil quality is influenced by tiny creatures known as microorganisms. If this system is disturbed by environmental influences, plants find it very hard to develop strongly without external intervention. Effective Microorganisms (EM) are added to provide the support needed to re-establish the natural cycle.

Planting and care of beds
For flower, vegetable, herb and raised beds, preparation of the soil is very important. Watering also strengthens the plants from the outset.

Step 1 - Preparing the soil with Bio Bokashi Terra

Work Bio Bokashi Terra (add Organic black soil for raised beds and vegetables depending on soil condition) into the surface as the final layer 10-14 days before planting and water with the EM Active solution (EM Active + water) so that all of the soil is moist.

Tip

Mulching stimulates the growth of mulch plants, which can then be removed before seeding and planting. It also invigorates the soil.

Step 2 - Potting and watering plants

To prevent drying out and as a fertiliser, cover potted plants with fresh grass cuttings. Then water the plants with the EM mixture so that the entire soil is moist and well soaked.

Water the finished plants with the mixture so that all the soil is well moist.

10 g EM ceramic powder (for 10 L water) - added to the watering water - serves as an additional soil activator and fermentation aid in the soil and promotes the plants' defence system.

To improve the plants' natural defence system, they are regularly sprayed. The product mixture contains everything the plant needs to support it.

Mix Multikraft Plants with water in a spray bottle and spray the plants full to the drop.

TIMING AND FREQUENCY

Spray the plants once a week in the morning. Do not apply in direct sunlight. In humid weather increase the dosage to 40 ml per 1 litre of water.

Application

Spray the plants liberally until they drip using a spray bottle. When in bloom, we recommend reducing the dosage to one third.

TIMING AND FREQUENCY

Spray plants once a week in the early morning or evening so that the moisture can penetrate more effectively.

Tip

For additional plant strengthening, nettle extract and horsetail extract can be used. Nettle extract is used as a fertiliser and as protection against sucking insects such as lice or spider mites. Horsetail extract contains a large amount of siliceous silica, which is important for strengthening the cells of the leaf surfaces and stimulates photosynthesis (greening effect). Spores of fungal diseases such as powdery mildew or sooty mildew can penetrate strengthened leaf cells much more difficult. Spray plants at intervals of 7 to 14 days early in the morning.
