How the Multikraft system works

What lies behind Multikraft technology

Microorganisms form the basis of all life. We use them in our Multikraft products, which have positive effects on people, animals, soils and plants. On this basis, we have developed a range of products for a wide variety of applications.

Basic microbial products (microbials)

The products work by making the environment more regenerative and constructive. They also suppress degenerative processes, which cause rotting and putrid smells, and inhibit the formation of mould. This in turn reduces the amount of mycotoxins in agricultural settings. The basic microbial products also promote plant development and health. They have been used successfully for years in animal husbandry, arable farming and for growing vegetables, fruit, ornamental plants and vines. They include MK Soil, MK Leaf, eMB active and FHE (Fermented Herb Extract).

Photosynthesis bacteria

These bacteria produce vitamins, amino acids and sugars and stimulate the growth of other microorganisms. The main representatives include Rhodopseudomonas palustris.

Nitrogen-fixing bacteria

Acetobacter sp., Rhizobacter sp. and Paenibacillus sp. fulfil valuable functions.

Nutrient-releasing soil bacteria

These include Microbacterium sp., Lysinibacillus sp. for sulphur and PSB – phosphate solubilising bacteria – for phosphorus. Sphingomonas sp.: These bacteria are important for cleaning up environmental contamination.

Fermented plant and herb extracts (organicals)

These are microbial products enriched with plant and herb extracts. They are used primarily to prevent pests and diseases and to strengthen leaf cells. This group of products includes our fermented garlic and chilli extract, fermented nettle extract and fermented horsetail extract.

Fermented products with organic acids and micronutrients (semi-organicals)

This category consists of Multikraft microbial products which are enriched with fulvic and humic acid and algae extracts. These function as nutrient packages for the basic microbial products and strengthen plants and their roots. These products have proved particularly valuable for crops grown under cover. They are Terrafert Leaf and Terrafert Soil.
