MK Multisil is a silage additive that helps the silage to ferment and prevents errors in fermentation. It speeds up pH value reduction and increases the silage?s aerobic stability. MK Multisil is a fermentation product with a pH value of 3.3 to 3.8 and contains two strains of lactic acid bacteria (lactobacillus casei and lactobacillus plantarum) and brewer?s yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae). For optimum fermentation of maize, whole grain, grass or clover grass silage.
Labelling according to the Austrain Feed Law:
Speeds up acidification (lowering of pH) and promotes fermentation of ensiled materials, prevents mal-fermentation and increases aerobic stability.
Listed in the InfoXgen catalogue of materials for organic farming.
May be used in organic production in accordance with Regulations
(EC) No 834/2007 and (EC) No 889/2008.
Control body: AT-BIO-301
MODE OF ACTION, BENEFITS:
Animal husbandry, agriculture/farming: During the silage fermentation process, MK Multisil accelerates pH reduction and enhances its aerobic stability when opened." LIABILITY: The producer and seller are not liable for the individual use of MK Multisil.
- MK Multisil is GMO free.
- It is a living product and can expand in the container.
- MK Multisil is a liquid of yellow-brown
colour and a sweet-sour smell and has a pH of 3,3 to 3,6. If colour and smell change significantly, MK Multisil should no longer be used.
