Sty cleaning and hygiene

Initial cleaning and regular bedding treatment results in colonisation by positive microorganisms, which prevent bad smells, fly infestation and decomposition.

Step 1 - Before transfer to sty

Water

  • ml
  • L
  • eMC Stable Cleaner
  • Water

Application

Pour the mixture into the bucket of the high-pressure cleaner and clean and wash out the sty thoroughly.

Tip

Do not forget the corners and gaps as there is heavy germ colonisation in those areas.

Step 2 - Before transfer to sty

  • L
  • L
  • FHE (Fermented Herbs Extract)
  • Water

Application

Spray diluted FHE – it is important to distribute the product evenly in the sty. Do not forget ventilation shafts, gaps in the roof etc.

Step 3 - Regular spraying

  • L
  • FHE (Fermented Herbs Extract)

Application

Spray undiluted or diluted FHE – it is important to distribute the product evenly in the sty.

TIMING AND FREQUENCY

2 to 3 times per week.

Tip

Spray slightly more in areas used for defecation and urination. For sawdust: Spray the sawdust slightly more as it is very absorbent.

Processing of slurry, liquid and solid manure

Manure is sprayed regularly. Its use binds nitrogen in the ground, while the combined use of charcoal and EM technology builds up permanent humus in the ground

Slurry and liquid manure treatment

Material

  • - L
  • - kg
  • - kg
  • FHE (Fermented Herbs Extract)
  • Charcoal
  • ZeoBas (basal rock dust)

Application

Spray FHE over the slurry/liquid manure channels, add charcoal.

TIMING AND FREQUENCY

At least once a week.

TIP

For soil improvement, the addition of ZeoBas (basal rock dust) is recommended. Important - Only add the ZeoBas (basal rock dust) to the liquid manure immediately before use and do not scatter charcoal in the areas where the animals lie down as this can lead to black colouration.

Application

Spray FHE over the solid manure and add charcoal.

TIMING AND FREQUENCY

At least once a week.

For soil improvement, the addition of ZeoBas (basal rock dust) is recommended. Important - Only add the ZeoBas (basal rock dust) to the solid manure immediately before use and do not scatter charcoal in the areas where the animals lie down as this can lead to black colouration.

Silage treatment for high-energy and stable silage.

MK-Multisil causes heterofermentative fermentation, which is more stable and the pH value falls more quickly. This results in appetite-stimulating, high-energy and stable silage.

Maize kernel, whole grain, grass, clover grass silage etc.

Silage

  • L
  • MK Multisil

Application

Mix MK Multisil evenly into the silage.

Improving water quality

The quality of drinking water plays an important role in animal husbandry. It can be improved significantly in the well or the pipes.

Water pipe

  • 1 x
  • EM Ceramic Water Reactor

Application

Install the EM Ceramic Water Reactor in the pipe - 5 x EM Ceramic 35 mm Pipes, 2 magnets and 2 spirals interact to produce the desired effect.

Tip

For even better water quality, you can have the EM Ceramics Swirler professionally installed in the inlet pipes - Caution: Note the flow direction of the water. The EM Ceramics Water Reactor and Swirler have a limited service life. They should be dismantled and cleaned at least once a year.

Well and water tank

Flowing water

  • Bag
  • Pack
  • EM Ceramic Grey Pipes
  • EM Ceramic 35 mm Pipes

Application

Always install EM Ceramic Grey Pipes along with the EM Ceramic 35 mm Pipes at a point in the domestic well where they are immersed in a good flow of water.

Tip

The lower the pipes can be attached, the more effective they are.

Feeding piglets

To increase appetite, FHE (Fermented Herbs Extract) is added directly to the feed. 0.5 % charcoal (dry feed base) binds ammonia and nutrients in slurry, liquid manure or solid manure.

Feeding after intake of beestings

Piglet

  • ml
  • FHE (Fermented Herbs Extract)

Application

Spray FHE directly into the mouth.

TIMING AND FREQUENCY

Once after intake of beestings.

TIP

When administering iron, spray approx. 3 ml of FHE into the mouth.

Dry feeding during the weaning phase

Dry feed

  • kg
  • Topdress

Application

Mix Topdress into the dry feed.

TIP

To achieve the best results, mix the feed and Topdress freshly every day.

Dry feedstuff

Dry feed

Application

Mix FHE into the dry feed.

TIMING AND FREQUENCY

When starting, use daily for at least three months.

Subsequent dry feeding

Dry feed

TIP

To ensure even distribution throughout the feed, FHE can be mixed with a small amount of wheat bran.

Liquid feeding
