Ingredients are sufficient for 2-3 glasses (250 ml)
330 ml Indi coco organic coconut water
2–3 lettuce leaves or handful field salad
1–2 sticks celery
1 handful parsley
1 apple
1 banana
1 ripe mango
2 tbsp Manju

Preparation
Place all ingredients in the mixer - done!
