If I do not want to continue reading “multikosmos”, I will disclose this within ten days of receiving the second issue. Otherwise I will receive the annual subscription.

I have the right to cancel at any time. I will receive an immediate refund of any money for already purchased but not yet received issues. If I do not cancel the subscription 6 weeks before its expiry, it will automatically be extended by another year. Right of withdrawal: The order can be withdrawn at Multikraft GmbH, Sulzbach 17, 4632 Pichl/Wels, Austria within 14 days. To meet the deadline, timely dispatch of the withdrawal by letter, fax or e-mail is sufficient.

In the case of withdrawal, the purchase price is refunded on return of the goods in original packaging (if need be, less a fee for a depreciation in value if the goods have been used). The customer shall bear the return costs. Returns are to be sent to Sulzbach 17, A-4632 Pichl bei Wels. The purchase price is to be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice (see point 2.2.1 of the terms and conditions).
