Prof. Manfred Hoffmann

His research focuses on: technology for organic farming (thermic weed control), electro-chemical food quality (bio-electronic connections between food quality, nutrition and health, confirmed by Redox measurements), treatment process for solids and development of university didactics on a regional level in Germany.

 

He has also compiled approx. 100 publications on high school teaching issues, food quality and methanation of diverse biomasses. Prof. Manfred Hoffmann is also the Vice President of the “The German Society for Environmental and Human Toxicology” (DGUHT e.V.) and a scientific advisory board member in various organisations.
