ISO 9001:2000

ISO guarantees specified workflows and clear guidelines in the company. At ISO, a network is formed by the entire company or by all operational processes, and concentrated or more clearly defined if necessary. This guarantees that gaps in performance can be identified and removed. Multikraft has been certified according to ISO 9001:2000 since December 2007 and is checked each year by independent boards of inspectors.
